phpReview is a complete Free Reviewing system, entirely written in PHP. phpReview is a complete Free Reviewing system, entirely written in PHP. Originally made for book-reviews for the NL.Linux.org site it was redesigned to be a general reviewing system, including voting, reactions and about anything else found in a good reviewing system. It will is licenced GPL. The lst version for book reviews of phpReview is written as a modular based web application. The book version has the following features enabled: - MySQL, PostgreSQL or MySQL-InnoDB backend. - XML import and export for the single books and the publishers - Language choice between Dutch, German, Spanish and English in the config file. - Layout based on templates allowing the users to define their own layout. - Admin front end for all the tasks - Search interface with stopwords. - Easy navigation by choosing a category. - Reviews listed per book. - Most read counter - Threaded forum which will allow visitors to give their opinion. -optional- - Session based login, allowing a one time login to manage all the owners reviews. - Online submitting and editting of reviews. - Central configuration file.
